Internally, the Group has a
staff to manage and operate all types of properties. This entails advertising available
properties, soliciting new tenants, and responding to existing tenant's questions. The
Group also maintains the structure and equipment in sound efficient condition, cleans
interior offices and exterior sites, remodels, and handles all supplies, mortgage
payments, accounting and other office functions.
The staff includes a general office manager,
bookkeepers, accountant, and field maintenance people. This group handles over 1.8 million
square feet of commercial office, warehouse and retail space All apartment properties are
operated by on-site superintendents who correspond daily with the office staff.
